Arizona Part 2

Here are some more pictures of our trip to Arizona. We had a great time and we are definitely missing the sunshine. Going from 90degrees, to 30 is TOUGH!!!
Thanks to Grandma and Papa for showing us a great time. We are looking forward to more spring breaks away from rainy WA.

Arizona Part 1

We made it to Arizona without any major meltdowns.. even after our plane was delayed 2 hours. We managed to get Claire to take a nap at Seatac and entertain Regen with the kids play area... and ice cream.
Arizona has been fun. We have gone to the botanical gardens where we saw LOTS of cactus. We have gone to the Wild Animal Park, and a Mariners Game. We layed low today for Easter and played in the pool ALL day. The pool has definently been the highlight of the trip for Regen. She can't get enough. We are amazed that she has turned into such a great little swimmer. The weather has been great... in the high 80's... can't beat it when we hear that Seattle is in the 40's and raining. We aren't looking forward to returning home to the cold and rain.

Sun, here we come!

Ok, so these pictures don't have much of the sun, but we are coming! We are headed to Arizona to visit Grandma and Papa on Tuesday and we are all very excited. Regen can't wait to fly on a HUGE airplane (now that she is old enough to remember it). She can't wait to swim in the pool every day too. We'll see how Claire does on the plane. We have LOTS of snacks packed, so she 'should' be good.

Winter in Lake Chelan

We took a long weekend trip to visit Omi and Grandpa in Lake Chelan. The weather was great. It was sunny, but there was still enough snow to play and have fun. We took Regen skiing for her first time. She had a lot of fun and after the first run she wanted to do it all by herself. Even after a faceplant and snow burn on her arm she went back up and had fun. She also LOVED going tubing. I have a feeling that we have an adventure junkie on our hands.
