Fun in the Snow and Water!!

January has been a fun month. We have been taking it easy and playing with all of our new Christmas toys. Regen is back in preschool after winter break and Regen has also started a gymnastics class. Regen is going to start skiing this year too. That should be fun and interesting. Regen has finally gotten comfortable in her swim class after Daddy has been practicing with her often. Claire is 10 months old now and into EVERYTHING. We can't keep anything out of her mouth and is happy exploring the house. We are looking forward to spring so we can go back outside to play.

We got 5 inches of snow and Regen was outside ALL day playing with Cousin Anthony, Cousin Trent, Papa, and Mommy and Claire. After the fun in the snow, we went straight to swimming where Regen was a super swimmer. She swam all by herself underwater as if she had been doing it for years!!

Little Swimmers

We started Claire in waterbabies this winter. She seems to like playing in the water, although she isn't fond of getting water in her ears. Regen started 'big-girl' classes, AKA - no Daddy. So far, she hasn't really enjoyed her time in the new class. Colin is taking her swimming this weekend to hopefully get her warmed up again. Hopefully I will get some good pics of Regen soon.. once she gets in the pool without tears!

We can't believe that all the Christmas festivities are already over. They blew by us once again. We are hoping one of these days we can relax and enjoy the holidays... someday. This year was pretty fun with Regen really 'getting' the whole idea of Christmas and Santa. Here are some pictures of our many celebrations.
