Happy New Year!!

We can't believe that all the Christmas festivities are already over. They blew by us once again. We are hoping one of these days we can relax and enjoy the holidays... someday. This year was pretty fun with Regen really 'getting' the whole idea of Christmas and Santa. Here are some pictures of our many celebrations.

De-Lightful Cookies

We are almost ready for Christmas. The tree is decorated, the presents wrapped, cookies made, Santa has been visited (many times). Now the one-handed countdown has begun.... We are trying to hit all the local attractions when the weather is cooperating. Here are some of our pictures of us getting ready. Poor Claire, she is usually in bed when we do all of this..

Singing, Soldiers, and Snowflakes, OH MY!

Last night Colin and I took Regen on a 'date'. She was in need of some one on one time with Mom and Dad. We ate at Red Robin (she had Mac N' Cheese of course). We then headed outside to Snowflake Lane at Bellevue Square. She had fun meeting the 'toy' soldiers and they gave her Popcorn and Candy Canes. She loved dancing to the drumming. Then we went to New York Cupcakes where she could pick out her own cupcake. When we asked her what her favorite part of the evening was, she told us getting a balloon at Red Robin. Ah, the simple things....

All Aboard!

Yesterday we ventured to North Bend and Snoqualmie to take a ride on the Santa Train. It was a perfect day for it... sunny and COLD!! All the kids had a lot of fun. Everyone then came over for dinner at our place, where the adults could have some fun too. We broke out the Schappspfeiffle and had some yummy pomegranate martinis for the ladies!
